Colabra BRM is built and operated by Colabra Labs LLC. Email reaches a monitored inbox and is the fastest way to get a real answer.

Privacy and data requests

To request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to obtain a copy, or to ask us to delete it, email support@colabralabs.io with the subject line Privacy request.

So we can act on it quickly, please tell us:

• what you are asking for (access, correction, a copy, deletion, or to opt out)
• the email address you use with Colabra BRM, if you have an account
• the organization or workspace involved, if you know it

We will verify your identity before acting, and respond within the time your local law allows: within one month in the UK and EEA, and within 45 days under the US state privacy laws. If we need longer, or if we decline, we will tell you why and how to appeal.

If you have a Colabra BRM account

You do not need to email us to get your data or to leave. Account owners can do both from inside the product, at any time:

• Export everything. Admin, then Data, then Full workspace export. One file containing every record your workspace holds.
• Close the account. Same page. Closure is scheduled with a 30-day window in which you can change your mind, and nothing is deleted before that date.

Both remain available if your subscription has lapsed. If you cannot reach them, email us and we will help.

Security

To report a vulnerability or a suspected security issue, email support@colabralabs.io with the subject line Security report. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We will acknowledge and keep you updated, and we will not pursue action against good-faith research.
